Michael Jackson Vs. Farrah Fawcett

On my way home today I had not one,not two, but THREE people calling me (unasked) giving me a minute by minute update on Michael Jackson's condition.
Caller One: "He's been rushed to UCLA Medical Center!"
Caller Two: "He's in a coma!"
Caller Three: "No confirmation it's actually Michael Jackson!"
Callers One, Two, and Three: "Michael Jackson is DEAD!"
Unfortunately, by the time they all called me I already sort of had a hunch, since every radio station was playing "Thriller". And honestly, I was mad for a totally different reason. I don't know if y'all know this but...

FARRAH FAWCETT DIED TODAY TOO!

When I came home I immediately went to my computer to look at the Yahoo! Homepage and you know what I saw?! Of course, Michael Jackson is the top story, the second story was "The Most Dangerous Wii Accessory", the third story was "The Most Expensive Home in America", and then FINALLY the forth (and LAST) story was "Oh yeah...A Look Back at Farrah Fawcett's Career". What?! The most expensive home in America comes before Farrah?! Now, I know Farrah Fawcett doesn't have the career, or the pets, of Michael Jackson, but she's a pop icon TOO! Let's compare and contrast shall we:

MICHAEL VS FARRAH

• 1970s international sex symbol
• Coined the "moonwalk"
  
• Coined the hairstyle called "The Farrah"
• Sold the top 2 best selling albums of all time
  
• Is on the best selling poster of all time
• And the list goes on and on...

Okay, now maybe Michael had a larger fan base, but Farrah is a pop culture icon TOO. All I'm saying is the least Yahoo! could've done was put her story right under Michael Jackson's. No fancy title, no big bold words, just display her story above "The Most Dangerous Wii Accessory" and "The Most Expensive Home in America".
Girls: Whenever you play Charlie's Angels with your friends who do want to be? FARRAH! No one wants to be Kate Jackson! And Jaclyn Smith was your SECOND choice only if someone else called Farrah first.
And guys: Who would you rather have a poster of in their bathing suit hanging above your bed...Michael Jackson or Farrah Fawcett. I REST MY CASE!

All jokes aside, both of them were very loved by their family and friends and in both cases there are children now that are going to be missing someone very important in life...a parent. All I'm trying to say is....
